Join us for the FAT Friday on Friday, August 29th from 6:00pm-10:30pm!  Many businesses will host special offers, live music and refreshments. Free trolleys will run along Frankfort Avenue from Cannons Lane to River Road. Please support these trolley partner businesses, as they help ensure the trolleys remain free to the public!

Lexie’s Trading Post is Hosting Animal House Tomorrow, March 29th’s F.A.T. Trolley Weekend!!!

We are THRILLED to be again hosting a Pet Adoption on March 29th’s Trolley Weekend, now with the City of Louisville’s Animal House Adoption Center!  Come by and Adopt a Family Pet in need of a Good Home!

Lexie’s Trading Post has ALWAYS been committed to helping our furry, four-legged friends find a GREAT and loving home!  In these tuff economic times, Lexie’s Trading Post is even MORE committed in helping these animals, the shelters and their staff with much needed items, gifts and adoption assistance.  These people do AWESOME work and Lexie’s Trading Post is more than happy to help in any way we can.

Pets will be available for adoption for March’s Frankfort Avenue Trolley Night (F.A.T. Trolley Hop), Friday, March 29^th from 5-8:00pm. The Animal House Adoption Center will have staff on hand to answer any and ALL questions about adoption, the shelter, as well as, setting up onsite adoptions for interested families.

Also, a “Wish List” provided by Animal House Adoption Center will be posted in store and on the Lexie’s Trading Post web site, and Facebook page.  Please check these websites or drop by the store for a “Wish List” of much needed donated items for the shelter.

Alisa Oerther, reprensentative of Animal House Adoption Center, had this to say about the Pet Adoption Weekend and partnering with Lexie’s Trading Post:

“We’re VERY excited about this partnership!  Lexie’e Trading Post is in a GREAT location and always has hosted such GREAT F.A.T. It’s Trolley Time AGAIN this Friday at Lexie’s Trading Post! - June 29th!

It’s Trolley Time AGAIN this Friday at Lexie’s Trading Post! - June 29th! …  And boy are we pulling out ALL the stops!

1) First off, we will CLOSE EARLY this Saturday, June 30th – we are a vendor at the Crescent Hill 4th of July Festival!  Our Saturday hours will be 11:00am – 3:00pm.  Make sure and come out to join the celebration and see the fireworks.  The Celebration takes place on Saturday, June 30th from 10:00am – 10:00pm (fireworks start at 10:00pm) and Sunday, July 1st (fireworks start at 10:00pm). We will also be hosting our The Giggle's Program Kids Craft Booth.  Come paint your own, T-Shirt, Tote Bag and/or baseball cap, only for $6.00 each!  Whatta Deal! 2) Secondly, we again have a Truck Show!  We’re hosting Betty Goodall Pottery Trunk Show from 6-10pm.  Betty’s pottery has indeed become a staple here in Clifton – a true “Must Have!” Come check out Betty’s very unique, classy and highly crafted pottery.  Make sure and stop by to say hi to the artist and as an added bonus, Betty will be throwing pottery outside on her pottery wheel!
