Shop at Lexie's Trading Post on May 12th and 20% of YOUR sales will benefit the Crescent Hill Outdoor Cinema. The Crescent Hill Outdoor Cinema is backed by The Crescent Hill Community Council and is a community, family, FREE event sponsored by local business and friends of Crescent Hill.
All shows begin at dusk at the Peterson-Dumesnil House, 301
S. Peterson Ave., and all are free to the public. Concessions* will be
available.
FYI--This is the day before Mother's Day, so what a better
way to buy a Whimsical & Unique gift for your Mother ALL while having 20%
of Mom’s Day Gift got to a such a wonderful community cause such as the summer Crescent
Hill Outdoor Cinema.

House Warming gifts for THUNDER and a giggle
For some of you, you are already on the Waterfront enjoying the days festivities of Thunder Over Louisville so enjoy the small giggles with your group. Others, we have great gifts if you are going to someones house or a Thunder Party. 1. University of Louisville, founded in 1798, is the oldest city-supported college in the United States. In the United States!
2. Louisville has the nation’s largest urban municipal forest – the 6,000 acre Jefferson Memorial Forest in south Louisville.
3. Louisville's Main Street has the second largest collection of cast-iron storefronts facades, only New York City has more.
4. The Old Louisville neighborhood near downtown is the largest Victorian neighborhood in America. Yes America.
5. And finally, Kentucky has more deer and turkey per capita than any other state.
Now, don’t you feel better knowing a little bit more about where you live.
